Casa Palmi is the result of a project signed by the owner, expressing an architectural vision oriented towards simplicity, balance and the quality of living.

Overlooking the sea, with the sandy beach just 300 meters away, Casa Palmi maintains a direct and continuous relationship with the Mediterranean.

A short distance away, you can also reach a second stretch of coastline, located at the foot of Temple C of the Acropolis of Selinunte.

An oasis by the sea

Casa Palmi is a beautiful villa for those who love a holiday close to the sea. It is located right in front of the sea, the sandy beach is only 300 meters from the villa. A modern house which, with its simple and elegant external design, made mostly of white and natural wood, is in perfect harmony with the coastal landscape. The main features of this house are the two panoramic terraces furnished for outdoor living, offering an infinite view of the beautiful nearby sea.

The splendid sandy beach located under Temple C of the Acropolis of Selinunte is only 600 meters from the house and can be reached with a simple walk on the beach.

Inside, the decor is simple but comfortable, a spacious kitchen with dining/living room has doors that open onto a large terrace with swimming pool and sea view, this is the perfect place for outdoor dining even in the hot summer afternoons. Two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower complete the interior of the house. An excellent choice for two small families or a group of friends looking for a holiday a few steps from the sea.

The house is located in the center of the resort of Triscina di Selinunte, it is a vast group of summer houses stretching along the coast, in Triscina there are just a few small grocery stores, some bars/restaurants and beach clubs; Marinella di Selinunte with its restaurants and bars is only 10 km away. The entrance to the largest archaeological park in Europe (Selinunte), Selinunte is only 600 meters from the house.
